Regulations define the rules for the sale of cosmetics RégimA Skin Treatments and CLARÉ BLANC Minerals offered in the online store. www.sophisticlin.com.

1. OBJECTIVE

These General Conditions and Terms of Sale rule the sale of products marketed by sophisticlin.com. Storeowner and administrator of personal data in the store is WIT GROUP S.R.L., with registered office in via Mese 4, 37045 LEGNAGO (VR), Italy.
These General Conditions and Terms of Sale shall take effect on the date of acceptance of the same, by the customers of www.sophisticlin.com, which is in effect an acceptance pursuant to art. 1341 of the Italian Civil Code and European Union regulation, nr. 593/2008.
WIT GROUP S.R.L. reserves the right to modify at any time the current General Conditions and Terms of Sale by editing them on the website.

2. SALES

Sales of cosmetics is via Internet in the form of a distance between parties – hereinafter referred to as User and www.sophisticlin.com referred to as Store.

3. ORDERS

To place an order, the User should use the latest browser versions: Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Safari. Cookies should be supported by your browse and enabled. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year. The User can checkout as a guest or register as a returning customer. The following billing information is mandatory: first name, surname, address, country, e-mail address and according to the User’s country of residence also the national registration number may be required. If provided with a VAT-number, the User may request an invoice. B2B Users can only checkout as a registered User. A correct order is confirmed by the Store with an automatic reply via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address indicated by the User during his/her registration. This confirmation message will contain an Order Number to be used in case of any communication with sophisticlin.com. The message will include all data entered by the User who verifies the correctness and promptly communicates any corrections. In the case of non-acceptance, the Store ensures a timely notification to the User.

4. PAYMENTS

All payments can be finalized using the below listed methods:

APAYPAL secure payment system (payments online with the highest safety standards and Buyer Protection from computer fraud).
ACredit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Unionpay) via UNICREDIT BANCA online security system.
ABank transfer to bank account IBAN IT85S0200859540000104485745, BIC/SWIFT UNCRITM1M26 registered to WIT GROUP S.R.L., in via Mese 4, 37045 LEGNAGO (VR), Italy.

If the User decides to pay by bank transfer, the parcel will leave the Store’s premises only, upon receipt of the registered transaction confirmation, as made available by the Shop’s

For any purchase made by Swiss or Liechtenstein residents, additional fees by local authorities may be due (local VAT, custom duties etc).

5. SHIPPING

To ensure an accurate delivery to the User, the Store works with DHL and UPS as its Official Logistics Partners. Delivery fees are charged to the User and may be related to the amount or the weight of the order. An electronic invoice will be sent via email after payment receipt.

Upon delivery, the User is required to check: a) that the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered; b) that the number of packages is as specified by the Transportation Document. Any damage and/or non conformity must be immediately reported to the Courier and notified by email to info@sophisticlin.com, with Courier proof of delivery within 5 working days.

Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Shipments are delivered to the User’s address but not necessarily to the named Receiver personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area.

The Courier may notify the User of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. The User may be offered alternative delivery options such as delivery on another day, no signature required, redirection or collection at a Courier Service Point. If the User cannot be reasonably identified or located, or the User refuses delivery or to pay Customs Duties or other Shipment charges, the Courier shall use reasonable efforts to return the Shipment to the Store.

6. SHIPPING FEES

The User can purchase the Store’s products within these markets with the following fees:

Austria (Claré Blanc only): 15 € (up to 5 kg), 20€ (up to 10 kg), 25 € (up to 20 kg) or free shipping on orders over 2500€

Belgium (Claré Blanc only): 15 € (up to 5 kg), 20€ (up to 10 kg), 25 € (up to 20 kg) or free shipping on orders over 2500€

Luxembourg (Claré Blanc only): 15 € (up to 5 kg), 20€ (up to 10 kg), 25 € (up to 20 kg) or free shipping on orders over 2500€

Switzerland (Claré Blanc & RégimA): 25 € (up to 3 kg/excluded VAT and Custom Fees), 30 € (up to 5 kg/excluded VAT and Custom Fees), 35 € (up to 10 kg/excluded VAT and Custom Fees), 45 € (up to 20 kg/excluded VAT and Custom Fees) or free shipping (excluded VAT and Custom Fees) on orders over 3000€

Liechtenstein (Claré Blanc & RégimA): 25 € (up to 3 kg/excluded VAT and Custom Fees), 30 € (up to 5 kg/excluded VAT and Custom Fees), 35 € (up to 10 kg/excluded VAT and Custom Fees), 45 € (up to 20 kg/excluded VAT and Custom Fees) or free shipping (excluded VAT and Custom Fees) on orders over 3000€

San Marino (Claré Blanc & RégimA): 10€ (up to 5 kg), 15€ (up to 20 kg) or free shipping on orders over 2500€

Città del Vaticano (Claré Blanc & RégimA): 10€ (up to 5 kg), 15€ (up to 20 kg) or free shipping on orders over 2500€

Monaco (Claré Blanc & RégimA): 15 € (up to 5 kg), 20€ (up to 10 kg), 25 € (up to 20 kg) or free shipping on orders over 2500€

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN

Pursuant to and within the limits of D. Lgs. 21/2014 (IT), the customer has the right, within 14 working days of delivery of any purchased products, to exercise the right of withdrawal, guaranteed by law, consisting in the right to return the products received and have the money refunded. This right applies to all products contained in the Shop. To return the goods, the product must be complete and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must contact the Store at the e-mail address info@sophisticlin.com. Upon receipt of this notification, the Store will communicate the procedure and the return number. The User shall promptly arrange the shipment addressed to WIT GROUP S.R.L., via Mese 4, 37045 LEGNAGO (VR), Italy. Transport costs and parcel responsibility, as ruled by the Law, are the User’s duties. Should the goods be damaged in transit, WIT GROUP S.R.L. shall notify the User, in order that the User may promptly lodge a complaint against the courier that was used and obtain appropriate compensation; the product shall then be made available to the User, at the same time as cancelling the request for termination; WIT GROUP S.R.L shall arrange to refund the User for the whole amount paid, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of cancellation, by transferring the debited amount, via the same payment method used by the Client for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. WIT GROUP S.R.L may withhold the refund until the returned product is received.

In any case, the User shall forfeit the right to cancel should WIT GROUP S.R.L discover any of the following:

that the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
that the product is without its external package and or the original internal packaging;
that the product is missing some of its integral parts and/or accessories;

8. LIABILITY

WIT GROUP S.R.L guarantees to consumers that all products provide users with the quality standards recognized by applicable law with any other parameter required by retail markets. WIT GROUP S.R.L shall have no liability, direct, indirect or of any other nature, towards the User or any third parties in the event that the products are used in a way that is not in accordance with the purpose of use of the goods.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

The contract for sale set out in these Conditions and its performance shall be governed by Italian Law. Any contrary legal norms and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not be applicable. Should a dispute arise, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Verona.

11. PRIVACY

Personal details collected when the Order is placed will be used by WIT GROUP S.R.L only for the purpose of fulfilling the express requests of the User, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the privacy statement shown on this website. Any other use of said details shall take place only with the express consent of the User.

12. COPYRIGHT

Trademarks, logos and other distinguishing signs on the site belong to their respective owners. The use of trademarks, logos and other distinguishing signs, including reproduction on other websites by unauthorized third parties, is forbidden. The contents of the Site are protected by copyright (text, images and graphics).
